It can hold up to 3,800 guests at a time. Almost 30,000sq meter!Housed in a massive complex with ample free parking, the place features four large dining halls - though only one or two are open at a time to manage crowds at the moment. Operating hours are from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, serving an extensive selection of dim sum and seafood. The Food:- Dim Sum: Served hot and fresh, with generous portions (e.g., 3 large BBQ pork buns or 5 dumplings per order). While decent, they weren’t particularly standout. - Seafood: The highlight! You can pick live seafood from tanks, have it weighed, and choose your preferred cooking method (note: cooking fees are added based on weight). We tried: - Steamed Sole (清蒸龙脷): Delicate and fresh. - Stir-Fried Lobster (姜葱龙虾): Excellent flavor, perfectly cooked. - Abalone with Garlic & Vermicelli (蒜蓉粉丝蒸四头鲍鱼): The star - tender and succulent despite its size. - Pepper-Salt Fried Fish (椒盐九肚鱼): The only miss - the batter was soggy, and the flavor was off. A different cooking style might work better. Other Notes:- Pricing: Very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. No service charge on weekdays (applies on weekends). - Ambience & Facilities: Spacious, clean, and wheelchair-friendly (no pets allowed). Restrooms are well-maintained. - Takeaway: A must if you order as generously as we did! Verdict: With its fresh seafood, hassle-free parking, and great value, this place is worth revisiting.
