They serve fine dining Chinese Zhejiang cuisine. Their service is excellent and the ambience is amazing too. Reservation in advance is highly recommended. The one I went is in Shenzhen 南山區 萬象天地. This is a trendy and big mall or I should say a complex with both inside and outside area dining. This restaurant is in the indoor mall on 6/F. We ordered a few signature dishes. All are amazing good. They all serve hot & nice. Some even cooked in front of you like the fish soup (堂灼黃魚). The other dish I want to mention is the raw crabs. To be honest, I dared not try the raw drunken crabs (十八斬) before. For this dish, after my friends ate… they all said very nice. Then I tried! Wow, unbelievable good. The flavor of the sauce and the sweetness of the crab meat made me cry. I ate one and then the other…. it‘s so nice. Surprisingly, I did not have stomach problem at all afterwards. Other dishes are also great! This mall is easy to access by taxi or MTR. Just take No. 1 line and get off at 高新園站 Exit A and walk 70m. They have restroom inside the restaurant and it’s clean & tidy. The mall has lift going up and down to different levels. They also have parking spaces for customers going to the mall. This restaurant open daily for lunch and dinner. Price performance is high compare to other restaurants in Shenzhen. But the price is a lot reasonable than the price in Hong Kong. 第二次去萬象天地， 食咗「甬府小鮮」呢間米芝蓮 (寧波)精緻中菜。 用社交平台預先排號，都要一個鐘頭先有位。 呢間嘢嘅質素非常之高，好好食👏 因為招牌十八斬係生蟹所以就冇食到。1) 白蟹醬炒年糕 - 蟹係切到一粒粒同年糕一樣一粒粒好易入口2) 另一招牌沙蒜豆麵 - (海葵) 第一次食海葵都幾鮮味配上紅薯粉，如果冇咗沙蒜就會有啲普通3) 黃魚手工春卷 - 佢真係炸得好脆，第一次食有魚肉喺入面嘅春卷4) 火焰花雕雞 - 好有儀式感，夥記要喺面前點火，但係覺得啲雞肉有啲柴，佢入面有豬手。我覺得呢個餸一般5) 花膠黃魚羹 - 好濃好好味嘅魚湯，但可惜唔夠熱6) 芥菜煮大花蛤 - 冇沙，好清一味餸7) 古法燒白菜 - 清炒好似都差唔多睇唔到古法嘅特別之處8) 苔菜酥餅 - 做得好鬆化9) 手工寧波湯圓 - 皮好薄嘅湯圓非常之好食10) 開茶係羅漢果菊花茶非常之潤喉…查看更多

終於來到香港朋友最愛的甬府小鮮，估計是希望越大失望越大。 也可能因為上海甬府比這裏好，有比較之下是有點失望的。 環境是中檔偏高。 人均550元。 食物水準不驚喜。 最好吃的是臭豆腐和炒沙蔥，沙蒜豆麵也可以吃。 倉魚年糕不好吃，我吃了一小口便不吃了。 魷魚燉肉的魷魚味道可以，但不算驚喜。 生煎包比不上香港，也比不上上海，一般水準。 扣肉硬了些，留下了半盤沒人吃。 朋友喜歡吃薄殼，但我懶。 味道是鮮的。 最失望的是醉蟹，膏小，沒有那些網友圖片上的膏多，汁不鹹，但也不驚喜。 沙蒜豆麵，味道真不錯，但我在杭州另一間店吃過.更好的。 那個魚湯雷聲大雨點小。 覺得魚湯濃度不足，鮮味普通,留下兩碗没人喝。 估計要吃最好的甬府，還是要到上海。 這頓飯整體來算不過不失，驚喜欠奉，一吃無妨。…查看更多

喺南山萬象天地，每一次嚟，我都會首選呢一間餐廳，永遠都冇失望嘅一間中餐廳，我覺得性價比高價錢合理，交通方便，服務非常之好，我最鍾意食嘅係佢嘅甜品，綠豆蓉加蜜糖，好似食雪糕咁而且淡淡嘅蜜糖同桂花香味，每一次嚟我都會食佢嘅蟹粉，因為用料好足同埋好香嘅蟹膏味，今次仲食多咗啲嘢，而且我叫咗呢一個牛小排，我覺得非常之好，夠腍又入味，我極力推薦呢一間餐廳。服務員嘅態度非常之好，仲好有禮貌環境非常衛生整潔，而且空間感十足…查看更多
