家味螺蛳粉其实就是一般的米粉啦~区别就是用煮螺蛳的汤头去煮的,所以汤头更鲜美一点哦~有点海鲜的味道的呢~米粉和桂林米粉家的没多大差别的,粗款的那种,配料里面的酸笋什么的蛮灵的,还有一块蛮大的炸豆皮,浸在汤水里面很不错哦~花生米是油炸过的,脆脆的,不错吃~
