川菜小馆子,干锅的菜一向喜欢的,油炸过的怎么都好吃的~干锅鸡还是没有干锅牛蛙来的好吃,牛蛙的肉比较厚实,吃口更嫩,外皮炸过后脆香的味道蛮不错的~鲜椒蕨根粉,蕨根粉吃口蛮有嚼劲的,蛮辣的,冰冰的口感,不错吧~酸菜炒汤圆,又是菜又是主食,汤圆炸过的,外皮有点脆,内陷是甜甜的黑洋酥,配着表皮酸酸咸咸的味道,蛮特别的~蜂窝玉米好吃的,玉米糕油炸,甜而不腻哦~
