新色煮艺私房火锅很有私房菜的感觉，环境挺清新的，服务也很好。黑腐竹看着还不错，应该是黑豆做的，口感更Q一些，味道基本差不多的。鮰鱼是新鲜的，好像鱼还活着，直接片的鱼片，肉质很鲜嫩，就是有些残忍。甜品味道一般，焗红薯上面的黄油都没有融化，吃着挺腻人的。
