新色煮艺私房火锅在蓝色港湾国际商区一层和底下一层，餐厅很宽敞，一下楼就是自助的小料区，种类不是很多，不过看着都挺不错的，尤其是麻将，闻着很香。这里的牛羊肉价格小贵，不过品质很好。牛羊肉拼盘量很大，牛肉吃着劲道，羊肉软嫩，肉都是偏瘦的，口感好，感觉还是羊肉要好吃一些，膻味不是很重。
