重庆麻辣火锅吃了蛮多回,但是令我印象最深刻的还是要特制油碟了,油质是橄榄油给人的感觉很清澈,没有混沌之感,然后加入香菜,细葱等调味品,吃火锅蘸着油碟就显现的尤其享受,牛羊肉的麻辣味搭配油碟将鲜香味完整的包裹住给了味蕾极大的冲击感和满足感。
