我們上次來這家餐廳是為了飲早茶，嚐了幾道點心。這次專程來外帶燒鵝和烤羊。他們的鵝是自養的，烤製工序接近完成時，我們帶了一整隻回家。另一道菜是現點現烤的羊排，選用內蒙古羊排以明火炙烤。這家餐廳的招牌菜眾多，除了雞與乳鴿廣受歡迎，還提供各式海鮮。當場試吃了現烤鵝腿，肉汁飽滿、外皮酥脆，最驚豔的是肉質鮮嫩卻不過鹹，咬下瞬間肉汁立即迸發。下次定要內用品嚐更多菜色。
餐廳交通便利，停車位充足，且因位於地面層無障礙設施完善。寬敞的大廳旁設有多間預約制包廂，來溫泉區遊玩時這裡實屬佳選。
Last time we visited this restaurant, we came for morning tea and sampled a variety of dim sum. This time, we placed a takeaway order for their roast goose and grilled lamb.
The goose is raised in-house, and when we arrived, the latest batch was just about finished roasting. We took a whole one home. The other dish we ordered was the grilled lamb, which is cooked to order. The lamb chops, sourced from Inner Mongolia, are grilled over an open fire.
This restaurant has many renowned dishes on its menu. Their chicken and pigeon are also very popular, along with a wide selection of seafood. We tried a goose drumstick right there on the spot - it was incredibly juicy with perfectly crispy skin. The best part was how tender the meat was, without being overly salty. The juices burst out with the very first bite!
Next time, we plan to dine in and try more of their dishes. The restaurant is very accessible, with plenty of free parking available. It's also wheelchair-friendly, as it's located at street level. The dining hall is spacious, and there are many private rooms available for booking. It's an excellent choice when you're in the hot spring area.
