这盘肠粉分为三层,第一二层是一样,用肠粉包牛肉、冬菇丝、葱、生菜。第三层是斋肠,肠粉口感滑和爽口,牛肉嫩滑,冬菇丝吸收豉油味道,特别提到豉油皇,有点甜,配合肠粉真是绝配。
