烧味双拼（盐焗鸡拼烧鹅）,烧鹅看起来蛮油的，油光锃亮，但是配上甜甜的梅子酱，吃起来不那么油腻，皮蛮脆的，肉蛮嫩的；盐焗鸡吃起来实在是表面太咸，但是鸡肉内部入味不足，鸡肉肉质有点木，冰镇乌梅汁不是非常浓郁。
