上次和朋友开车出去郊游,路过金盏乡金榆路这边,顺便来吃这个清真大铜火锅。他家的炭火铜炉看着就是老北京的正宗做法,羊肉片切得非常薄,用筷子尖夹着往沸水里轻轻涮两下肉马上变了颜色,眼看着就熟了。火候刚刚好,放在透着芝麻香味的麻将小料里一蘸,鲜香可口。这才是涮羊肉的真谛。价位还比较实在。
