吃老重庆风味的牛肉面,这里是不错的选择。端上来,汤里漂了一层红油,辣椒皮、辣椒籽密密的,看着颜色,都感觉到火辣辣的。里面的几片绿叶菜,也似乎敌不过这劲头,反正菜叶子看起来不那么“精神”。牛肉切的颗粒比较厚实,蛮大的,纹理清晰。吃一块,蛮酥蛮香的,一嚼牛肉里渗出汁水带着麻麻辣辣的口感,比较过瘾。细面,又长又滑溜,比较有劲道。至于面汤,实在是不敢多喝了,太劲爆了!
