沙县小吃，是大家都知道的地方小吃连锁，而且分店很多。我也比较喜欢吃沙县小吃，个人觉得是比较有福建特色的代表。我比较喜欢吃香脆馄炖，飘香拌面，还有炒米线，尤其是香脆馄饨，因为曾经在福建生活过所以知道，香脆馄炖的馅是用纯肉做的所以和北方的不一样，我很喜欢吃。还有各种滋补炖盅，味道都很不错。:)
