
将军涮这里的牛尾火锅很有特色,现在牛尾价格挺贵的,大锅里面有2斤半的牛尾,分量十足,138的价格还不算太贵。牛尾大小都很好吃,就连筋都炖的非常软烂,肉更是脱骨可口。翘脚牛肉是涮着吃的,基本都是熟的,下锅涮一下就可以吃了,牛板筋吃着很Q,口感非常好。
