朋友带过来吃的饭啦,话请我吃鲍鱼喔,其实我湿鲍就吃得比较多的。
紫萝炒鸭片,系子姜炒的,子姜的味道比较爽脆,又唔会辣,鸭肉就比较结实的,炒起来都好香的;
铁板窝烧鲍鱼,用个铁板来烧的,鲍鱼直接放系上面的,再淋翻个鲍汁落去,鲍鱼鲜味十足,咬落仲好弹牙的,真系晒爽的;
蒜子上汤苋菜,蒜子的味道都几浓的,不过同苋菜又几搭喔。
